Good To Know

Common questions on customization

Do I need a tech pack to start?

No. A tech pack makes development faster and more precise, but we can also work from sketches, reference images, or a physical sample you send us, and build the technical specification with you from there.

Does customization change the MOQ?

It can. Custom fabric, custom prints or specialised trims often carry their own minimums from the mill or supplier, which can raise the overall MOQ. We confirm the exact figure for your specific combination at the quotation stage.

How long does custom development take?

Sampling time depends on the design and fabric type. Once the sample is approved, standard production lead time is 4–5 weeks depending on style and quantity.

Are my designs kept confidential?

Yes. All buyer information, designs and order details are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with any third party.
