Prices are indicative and may vary according to fabric, designs, customization, and order quantity. Final pricing is confirmed only after discussion and issuance of a formal quotation. All quotations are valid for 10 days.
Orders are confirmed only after we receive a written Purchase Order (PO) and the agreed advance payment. Any changes after order confirmation must be mutually discussed and approved.
Our standard payment structure is outlined on our FAQ page. For new buyers, 100% advance is required on small or sample orders. Bank transfer fees must be covered by the buyer.
We provide samples upon request. Sample charges and sampling time depend on the chosen design and fabric type; bulk production begins once the sample is approved.
Standard production lead time is 4–5 weeks, depending on style and quantity. Lead time starts after receiving advance payment and final sample approval.
All products undergo a 3-stage quality check (stitching, finishing, packing). Slight variations in colour, print, or measurements (1–2 cm) are normal due to textile processes.
We offer shipping under Ex-Works and FOB terms. Delivery timelines may vary based on logistics, customs clearance, and international transit conditions. Freight charges, customs duties, and destination taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise. We export globally from Rajkot, Gujarat, India, partnering with major logistics firms (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to calculate accurate shipping costs based on volumetric weight.
All items are packed in export-grade polybags and cartons. Customized packaging can be arranged at additional cost.
Orders cannot be cancelled once fabric cutting has started. If cancellation occurs before cutting, the advance may be partially refunded after material deductions.
Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving goods, with photo or video proof. Replacements or compensation are provided only for genuine defects.
All designs, photos, content, and product descriptions on this website are the intellectual property of TK International. Copying, reproducing, or distributing without permission is strictly prohibited.
All buyer information, designs, and order details are kept strictly confidential and never shared with any third party.
TK International is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, weather conditions, or unforeseen global events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access.
